Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we sell

BrightSlate sells digital products only — printable PDF planners, workbooks, flashcard kits and study guides. Nothing is printed or physically shipped. You receive your files as a download link sent to your email address.

2. How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

A download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
You are also redirected to a success page with a direct download button.

Most orders are delivered within a few minutes. During busy periods or payment-provider delays, it may take up to 30 minutes.

3. Downloading your files

Each product is supplied as a PDF. You can open PDFs on almost any device (phone, tablet, laptop) using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app, your browser, or another PDF viewer of your choice.

For best printing results, open the file on a desktop or laptop and print in A4 at 100% scale. We recommend printing on standard 80 gsm paper or heavier.

4. Email not received?

If you have not received your email within 30 minutes:

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
Make sure the email address at checkout was typed correctly.
If you paid by EFT, allow a little longer for the payment to clear.

Still stuck? Email us at BrightSlate@proton.me with your order reference and we will resend your download link as soon as possible.

5. File access and backups

We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately. While we do our best to keep download links active, we are a small personal project and cannot guarantee indefinite storage. Keep a copy on your own device or cloud storage for safekeeping.

6. No physical shipping

Because every BrightSlate product is a digital download, there are no shipping fees, no delivery delays, and no physical parcels. You can use your products anywhere in the world once downloaded.
